UEFA Women's Euro 1991

The European Football Championship Women 1991 (English: UEFA Women 's Championship ) was the fourth playout of the European continental championship in women's soccer and was held from 10 to 14 July in pure knockout system in Denmark.

Defending champion Germany won the final against Norway 3-1 and was European champion again.

The four finalists and Sweden as the best quarter-final losers of the qualification qualified for the first World Cup of women in China in 1991.

The games of the final round of the European Championships were held in three stages in three different cities in Denmark.

The game was played in knockout system. The regular time was 2x40 minutes, which was extended in a draw.

The goals for Germany achieved Heidi Mohr ( 30th and 58th minute ) and Sissy Raith ( 60th minute). The game was led by Luxembourg referee Philippi.

3rd Place Match

Helle Jensen brought Denmark after 22 minutes on the clock. The balance achieved Silvia Fiorini in the 68th minute. The winning goal came in the 85th minute through an own goal by Maura Furlotti.
