Uffe Elbæk

Uffe Elbæk ( born June 15, 1954 in Ry, Skanderborg Municipality ) is a Danish politician. He was until 2013 a member of the liberal party Venstre Det radicals and founded on 27 November 2013, the party Alternativet.

Life

Elbæk founded in 1991 in Aarhus business school Kaospiloterne (Eng. "Chaos Pilots " ), which is dedicated to his own words, a " positive social change through personal development ." In 2007, he moved to Copenhagen to prepare for the Outgames in Copenhagen in 2009. On October 3, 2011 Elbæk was of Danish culture minister in the government Thorning- Schmidt. On 6 December 2012, he had to give up his office after allegations of nepotism against him had not let dispel. On September 17, 2013 Elbæk announced that he is leaving his party radical Venstre and will join in the future, as a group Loser the Danish Parliament the Folketing. It supports the minority government Thorning -Schmidt II
