The power plant Ugljevik is a coal-fired power plant in Ugljevik, in northeastern Bosnia and Herzegovina. Operator is Rudnik i Termoelektrana " Ugljevik ", a subsidiary of Electric Power Republike Srpska.

The power plant was built between 1979 and 1985 and commissioned in May 1985 in operation. It has an electrical output of 300 megawatts. Designed it was for two blocks of this power, the construction of the second block was not completed. The 310 m high chimney is the tallest structure in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Coal has been mined in this area since 1899, but it is converted to electricity only since 1985. During the Bosnian War, the plant from April 1992 to November 1995 was out of service.

The company, which in addition to the power plant and a mine, employs a total of approximately 1,600 employees (as of 2009).
