Uhřínov

Uhřínov ( German Aurschinow ) is a municipality in the Czech Republic. It is located six kilometers west of Velké Meziříčí and belongs to Okres Zdar nad Sázavou.

Geography

Uhřínov is in Krischanauer Bergland ( Křižanovská Highlands ) in the south of the Bohemian- Moravian Highlands. The village is located on the right side of the river Balinka upstream of the confluence of the streams and creek Pohořílský Svatoslavský creek. North-east rises the Hrbovský vrch ( 568 m), the South East Kopaniny (530 m ) southwest of the Strážnice (564 m) and in the west the Jalovcová hora ( 584 m). Southeast of the Nature Park is Balinské 's Valley.

Neighboring towns are Šeborov, Svařenov and Hrbov in the north, Loupežník in the North East, the Americas and Velké Meziříčí in the east, Oslavice and Baliny the southeast, Nový Telečkov in the south, Horni Heřmanice and Horni Radslavice the southwest, Pohořílky in the west and Otín and Frankův Zhořec in the northwest.

History

According to ancient histories of the castle Ungeltberg to be in the area have found that Johann conquered by Luxembourg in 1312 as a den of thieves and let grind. From this castle, the name of the village is derived.

The first written mention of the village was carried out in 1348. At this time the village between Ondřej Uhřínov and the rule Meziříčí was divided. Furthermore, was in Uhřínov a Freihofstraße. 1622 Jakub Cermak bought the spent Freihofstraße of the Civil Václav Buchta. Cermak was one of the two free landowners in Moravia, which were collected together with another four in Bohemia, in the Vladikenstand. After several changes of ownership Uhřínov 1645 was proportionately with eight houses to rule Meziříčí and with five houses to rule Budišov.

After the abolition of patrimonial Uhřínov formed in 1850 with the districts Šeborov, Frankův Zhořec, Hrbov and Baliny a municipality in the district team Velké Meziříčí. 1908 was the community Baliny. 1918 associated with the large estates of Count Franz Harrach on Velké Meziříčí yard Pohořílky and belonging to the reign Budišov yard Oslavice were expropriated and sold the land to the peasants of the surrounding villages. Attractions

  • Church of St.. Cross collection, built in the 13th century and demonstrable since 1349 Gothic predecessor was destroyed during the Thirty Years' War and 1720 destroyed by fire.
