The family of Uissigheim was a Frankish noble family.

History

Names obtainable seat of the family, which is also known in the spelling Ußicksheim, Uissigheim was. From the family coat of arms, the same family of Rosenberg has emerged, which are named according to their possessions in Rosenberg. Because of their possessions the Uissigheimer were organized in Canton Knights Odenwald and Rhon - Werra. The genealogist Johann Gottfried Biedermann described the family tree.
