Media Studio Pro is a video editing software from Ulead Systems, designed for both amateur as well as for professional users.

The latest version 8 of Ulead Media Studio Pro has a new user interface that provides the ability to (High Definition Video) to edit HDV footage, and supports Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround audio tracks with channel control. In addition, the user has built-in tools like the Smart Compositor ( for title sequences and transitions ) and Smart Proxy (for mobile real-time editing of HDV ) are available.

Version 8 is available in Germany in the trade since the end of October 2005.

Media Studio Pro 8 is according to the manufacturer is not compatible with Windows Vista, an upgrade is not planned.

The software is now no longer being developed, but there is a follow-up software Corel VideoStudio Pro.
