Uli Bayerschmidt

Uli Bayerschmidt ( born March 3, 1967 in Munich ) is a former German football player.

Career

Emerged from the youth department of FC Bayern Munich, Bayer Schmidt played for the amateur side of Bayern. For the season 1986/87 he received a first team contract and completed his first Bundesliga game - 83 minutes for Michael Rummenigge substitute - on 15 April 1987 (25th Round ) in a 3-2 victory at home to Werder Bremen. His only goal in the Bundesliga he scored on 21 May 1988 ( 34th Round ) in a 4-3 win for Bayern in the away match against Bayer 04 Leverkusen reduce the deficit to intermediate 2:3 in the 50th minute. This was also his last four league games for Bayern Munich, with whom he was German champion in his debut season.
