The Ulya (Russian Улья ) is a river in Khabarovsk in the Russian Far East.
The Ulya has its origins in Dschugdschurgebirge. From there it flows in a northeasterly direction, turns just before the mouth after Südostost and reached after 325 km the Sea of Okhotsk. The catchment area of 15,500 km ² comprises Ulya.
The Russian explorers Ivan Jurjewitsch Moskwitin sailed the river in the 17th century.
