Ulysse Pastre

Ulysse Pastre ( born January 10, 1864 in Gallargues -le- Montueux; † January 29, 1930 in Paris) was a French politician. From 1898 to 1910 he was a deputy of the National Assembly.

Pastre studied and worked in Nimes in Nimes and Saint- Hippolyte- du-Fort as a teacher. Because he was an active Socialist, he should be demoted to Rambouillet, but refused to take up the new location. In 1898, he stepped up to the parliamentary elections for the department of Gard. In the second round he beat former MPs Frédéric Gaussorgues and entered the National Assembly. After he was re-elected in 1902 and 1906, he entered 1910 again, but failed at his challenger André Bourguet.
