United Arab List (1977)

Reschima Arawit Me'uchedet (Hebrew רשימה ערבית מאוחדת, United Arab List ) was an Israeli- Arab party, which consisted of 21 January 1974 to 20 July 1981.

History

After the December 31, 1973 elections decided two parties, the Arabian list of Bedouins and nomads and the party progress and development to come together. Both together founded on 21 January 1974, the party Reschima Arawit Me'uchedet. This had three seats in the Knesset, deputies were Hamad Abu Rabia, Jabr Moade and Seif -El -Din El- Zubi.

In the elections on 17 May 1977, the party won only one seat Then the three leaders agreed to carry out a rotation. Abu Rabia, however, was murdered on 12 January 1981 by the sons of Jabr Moade. In the elections of 1981, the party did not make the 1.5 % threshold hurdle and not entered the Knesset.
