United Ghana Movement

United Ghana Movement is a political party in Ghana, founded in 1996 by Dr. Charles Wereko - Brobby after he had resigned from the New Patriotic Party.

The chairmanship of the party Nii Armah Tagoe has held, deputy chairman is Basharu Alhassan Daballa. The theme of the party loud: Unity and Change ( unity and change ). The party headquarters is in Accra. The logo of the party consists of a dark green circle with a blue border, in the center of a dark blue hand holding two fingers as raises an oath.

In the presidential elections in 2000 the party founder Wereko - Brobby ran against the incumbent president and former election winner John Agyekum Kufuor.
