University Library of Wuppertal
The University Library is the Wuppertal University Library of the University of Wuppertal. History
Founded as the University Library Wuppertal in 1972 as one of five overall university libraries in North Rhine -Westphalia. Here, the holdings of the predecessor institutions, the Library of the College of Education Rhineland, Wuppertal department, and the library of the University of Applied Sciences Wuppertal, were taken and increased by numerous new acquisitions.
Since March 2012, the library has a new reading room, which was set up the previous roof of the ninth level. It offers 200 reading places, numerous Internet stations and three lockable rotunda with group work stations. Readings

Organization
The information and literature needs of the University Library and the University of Wuppertal is of a single library system that governs all technical libraries, determined, coordinated and covered.
