USC Landhaus Wien

The USC Landhaus Wien is an Austrian sports club from the district Floridsdorf the federal capital Vienna. History

History of establishment

Founded as the women's team in 1968 by Gerhard Traxler. In the same year the team entered as a separate section at the USC country house. Women's football was virtually non-existent at that time in Austria, the then chairman of the USC Landhaus Walter Dragoun, however, proved far-sightedness and took the women's team immediately in the club.
