Vadim Sashurin

Vadim Leonidovich Saschurin (Russian Вадим Леонидович Сашурин, Belarusian Вадзім Сашурын / Wadsim Saschuryn; born February 19, 1970 in Petrozavodsk, Karelian ASSR, Russian SFSR, Soviet Union) is a former Belarusian biathlete.

Vadim Saschurin, sports soldier from Minsk, began in 1979 with the sport of biathlon. Saschurin debuted in 1989 at the Biathlon World Cup and ran the sport 16 years at world-class level.
