Varstu Parish

Varstu ( German: Warsto ) is a rural municipality in the Estonian county Võru with an area of ​​170.7 km ². It has 1294 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2006).

Varstu located in the southwest of the district on the border with Latvia. In addition to the main town Varstu (537 inhabitants) includes the rural community of the villages Hintsiko, Kangsti, Krabi, Kõrgepalu, Laurimäe, Ligurian, Lüütsepa, Matsi Metstaga, Mutemetsa, Paganamaa, Punsa, Pähni, Raudsepa, Soolätte, Tagakolga, Vana- Roosa and Viru.
