Vasif Talibov

Yusif oglu Vasif Talibov ( born January 14, 1960 in Araliq, rayon Şərur; . Name on Dt also Wasif Yusif Talibow, also Talybov ) is chairman of the Regional Parliament, Ali Məclisi, and at the same time head of the Azerbaijani exclave of Nakhchivan.

Life

Vasif Talibov was born on January 14, 1960 in Araliq in the district Şərur in the northwest of the former belonging to the Soviet Union Nakhichevan ASSR. He is married and has three children.

In 1976 he finished middle school. 1977-1981 he graduated from the State College of Education (now State University ) in the capital of the Nakhchivan exclave in the subjects of History and Philology, 1994-1998, he graduated from the State University of Baku still a long study of law.
