Vasile Pușcașu

Vasile Puşcaşu (born 2 May 1956) is a former Romanian wrestler.

Career

Vasile Puşcaşu comes from Oneşti. As a teenager, he first attempted in some other sports, before he found himself on the rings. After the first regional success, he became the top club " Clubul Sportive Minicipal " (CSM ) Oneşti delegated and got there good coaches. After he had prevailed at the Romanian championships, he was first sent to an international championship in 1977. From then on, he represented the Romanian colors to 1988 in nearly 20 such championships, winning eight medals. He wrestled exclusively in free style. 1985 appeared his international career to be already finished, as he scored not so great successes more and give it a strong competitor was grown in Enache Panait in their own country.
