Vasyl Kobin Wassylowytsch (Ukrainian Василь Васильович Кобін, English transcription Vasyl Kobin Vasilyevich; born 24 May 1985 in Strabytschowo, Ukrainian SSR, Soviet Union, now Ukraine) is a Ukrainian footballer who plays for Shakhtar Donetsk.

Club career

Vasyl Kobin began his career at Zakarpattya Uzhhorod in his homeland, the Transcarpathian Oblast on the Slovakian border. There he had already played in his youth. In 2004, he was with the club champion in the second Ukrainian league and entered thus into the Premjer - Liha, the top division of the country on. When he with his club still was able to reach the league the following year, Uzhhorod increased in 2006 as a Table again. Kobin then left the club and moved to Karpaty Lviv Erstligaaufsteiger.
