Vauchamps (Doubs)

Vauchamps is a commune in the French department Doubs in the Franche -Comté.

Geography

Vauchamps is located on 407 m, about 17 km east of the city of Besançon (air line). The village is located in the western Jura, on the so-called first plateau, a broad basin between the heights of the Jura - edge chain ( French ) in the north and Côte d' Anroz in the south, the Ruisseau du Gour.

Population

With 128 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2011) Vauchamps is one of the smallest municipalities of the department of Doubs.
