Vavatenina

Province

Vavatenina is a Malagasy town in the same district, region Analanjirofo, Toamasina Province.

Economy

The economy of the village is dominated by agriculture. Nearly two-thirds ( 4,000 ha) of arable land is planted with cloves, also there are many lychee plantations. In addition, there are plantations of species for self-catering, mainly rice, cassava and sweet potatoes.

The football club is the FC of Vavatenina Espérance Vavatenina.
