Vazha-Pshavela (Tbilisi Metro)

Wascha Pshavela ( Georgian: ვაჟა - ფშაველა ) is a station of the Metro Tbilisi. It is the endpoint of the Saburtalo line.

Wascha Pshavela was in 2002 as far (as of 2012) opened youngest station of the subway system. Most of the work on the construction of the station happened in the time at the end of the Soviet Union; the works were shut temporarily, until the station was finally opened in 2002 as a temporary terminus of the Saburtalo line. Architect of the station was N. Lomidse. The station is located between Delisi and in establishing a presence station Sahelmtsipo Uniwersiteti. Originally arise between Vazha Pshavela and Delisi nor the station Bakhtrioni.
