Vehicle registration plates of Botswana

The license plate in Botswana are similar in appearance to the former British number plates (up to 2000). The front license plate has a white background, the rear one yellow, the font is always black. The signs begin with a B for the country's name, followed by three digits and three letters without meaning. Diplomatic first show a maximum of two digits that encode the corresponding country of origin, followed by the letters CD, CC or CT. The following is a sequential serial number.
