Veit Heinichen

Veit Heinichen ( b. 1957 ) is a German writer.

Life

Veit Heinichen worked according to a study of business and work at the headquarters of Daimler Benz AG as a bookseller and for well-known literary publishers in Zurich, Frankfurt and Berlin. In 1994 he was co-founder of the Berlin publishing house in 1994 and its Managing Director until 1999.

Today Heinichen lives in Trieste: "The high standard of living in Trieste prevents rapid changes, and border areas have different rhythms than the rest of the world. " There also play the acts of its mysteries about Commissario Proteo Laurenti.

Since 2003, his books are also translated into Italian, French, Spanish, Dutch, Norwegian, Slovenian, Greek, Czech and Polish.
