Vejer is a small Danish holiday resort with only 65 inhabitants ( 2005), but more than 500 holiday houses. Vejer is situated in the region Syddanmark, about 30 km north of the city of Esbjerg, and between the villages Blåvand and Grærup on the west coast of Jutland.

The nearest town Varde is 20 km away.

The place is divided into the community and the larger part of Vejer Vejer beach. Known the place is special for its candy factory. Vejer beach is surrounded to the south and east by the military training area Kallesmærsk Hede, in which the uninhabited since the 1960s town of Vejer is. Their houses have since been used as a training objects for the military.

In good weather you can see the two 20 and 35 square kilometers of offshore wind farms at Horns Rev 1 and 2 The wide sandy beach is popular with water sports enthusiasts as well as riders.
