Velika Plana
Velika Plana ( Serbian Cyrillic Велика Плана ) is a town in the municipality of Velika Plana in the district Podunavlje in Serbia. The city is located on the left bank of the Morava River, which flows not directly through the city.

In the 2011 census, the city had 17,168 inhabitants. Most of them were Serbian Orthodox Serbs.

The city is located on Belgrade - Nis highway. It also lies on the railway line Belgrade - Niš with connection to Bulgaria or Macedonia.
Education
The city has three primary schools: Sveti Sava, Milos Mitrovic and Nadezhda Petrović. Furthermore, even a technical school and a high school.
