Velimir Jovanović

Velimir Jovanović ( born August 25, 1987 in Niš ) is a Serbian football player.

Career

Jovanović was in the throes of the Balkan war with his family to Germany. He began his career in the youth field at FSV Malchin, 2003, he moved to the youth department of the 1st FC Neubrandenburg, 2005 FC Sachsen Leipzig. After him the jump in the Regional team did not succeed and he did not make it past operations in the national league Saxony, 2007, he moved to Oberliga TSG Neustrelitz. After 26 season hits, he was top scorer in the 2009/10 league season, Energie Cottbus took him for her ascended into the Regional U-23 team, but played in the preseason more than once for the first team. In the U- 23, he scored five goals in 14 games. His debut in the 2nd Bundesliga he was 19 December 2010 in a 4-0 win at Rot-Weiß Oberhausen. There he was substituted in the 81st minute for Jules Reimerink and scored in the 90th minute to 4-0 Final for Energie Cottbus.

Velimir Jovanovic had at FC Energie Cottbus a contract until 2012. On July 29, 2011, Energie Cottbus known Jovanović rent for a year to the third division side FC Carl Zeiss Jena. Already 26 January 2012 ended the FC Carl Zeiss Jena borrowing and Jovanović returned to FC Energie Cottbus. However, it was loaned again to 1.FC Magdeburg until the end of the season. Shortly before the start of the 2012/13 season Jovanovic moved back to his former club TSG Neustrelitz.
