Věra Pospíšilová-Cechlová

Věra Pospíšilová - Cechlová ( listen / i;? Born November 19, 1978 in Litoměřice ) is a Czech discus thrower.

At the World Athletics Championships 2001 in Edmonton she finished sixth at the European Championships in Munich in 2002 Fourth. A fifth place finish at the 2003 World Championships in Paris / Saint- Denis was followed by a third at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens.

At the World Championships in Helsinki in 2005, she won the bronze medal behind Franka Dietzsch and Natalia Sadowa.

At the European Championships in Gothenburg in 2006 they finished seventh at the 2007 World Championships in Osaka she was disqualified in the qualifier.

Věra Pospíšilová - Cechlová has a competition weight of 78 kg at a height of 1.78 m. She is married with Czech Jakub Ringer Cechl since 17 October 2003.
