Record holder is the SV Röchling Völklingen with five league titles.

Each four titles won Borussia Neunkirchen, VfB Theley, FC Homburg ( including once with the second team ) and 1.FC Saarbrücken ( including three with the second team ). In each case three times decided the SC Friedrichsthal, FC Ensdorf, the SC Halberg Brebach, Red - White Hasborn and SV Elversberg ( including once with the second team ) in the championship.
