Veronika Moos-Brochhagen

Veronika Moos - Brochhagen ( born April 3, 1961 in Bensberg ) is a German textile artist.

She studied art at the Academy of Fine Arts in Mainz E. Knoche - helix as well as philosophy and German, also at the Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz. Since 1988 she has worked as a freelance artist. 2007 she completed her doctorate at the University of Cologne on the topic: " The blur of Wahrheit.Transparenz of concealment A study on the sensuality of textile material in the art using the example of old and new hunger towels.. " It works with or without textile material. In any case, her works are " textile " texere in the meaning of the Latin word, that is, connect, design, weave, weave.
