Victor Raider - Wexler ( born December 31, 1943 in Toledo, Ohio) is an American actor who has made especially for his work on various sitcoms a name. With preference it is used as a performer of a judge, doctor or lawyer. He played his biggest ever recurring role in the series The King of Queens as Carrie's boss Mr. Kaplan or later Mr. Kaufman.
