Vidhu Vinod Chopra

Vidhu Vinod Chopra (Hindi: विधु ) ( born September 5, 1952 in Srinagar, Kashmir ) is an Indian film director, screenwriter and film producer of Hindi film.

Life

Chopra turns in 1981 his first feature film Sazaye toll, he only had a small budget to work with and works with the then-unknown actor Naseeruddin Shah and editor Renu Saluja said, who were his fellow students at the Film and Television Institute of India.

He is married to journalist, author and film critic Anupama Chopra.
