Viktor Kozin

Viktor Mikhailovich Kozin (Russian Виктор Михайлович Козин; born February 22, 1953 in Sita ) is a Russian scientist, marine engineer, professor and chair of pus at the Komsomolsk-on- Amur State Technical University. He is " Honored Inventor of the Russian Federation" (2000) and since 2008 a corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences.

Kosin developed a resonance method for breaking ice.
