Viktor Saweljewitsch Onopko (Russian Виктор Савельевич Онопко ) (born 14 October 1969 in Woroschilowgrad, Ukrainian SSR ) is a retired Russian football player.

His first international game he played on 29 April 1992 in Moscow in the game against England for the crew of the CIS, for which he played 3 more games at Euro 92. Although he was able to play due to his birthplace for Ukraine, he decided after the split of the Soviet Union for Russia. He participated in the World Championships in 1994 and 2002 and the € 96 for Russia. Onopko also belonged to the preliminary squad for the Euro 2004, but could not participate due to injury. 1993 and 94 he was elected to Russia's footballer of the year.
