Viktoria Stolp

The SV Viktoria Stolp 09 was a sports club from Set in the present-day Poland Slupsk, Pomerania Province, which repeatedly took part in the final round for the German Football Championship.

History

The club was founded on September 5, 1909 in the inn Franz Squar. In the 1920s, the club played in the county league and konne win, however never take off in the final round of the championship Pomerania here some championships. For the season 1929/30, it was placed in the newly created district league Grenzmark. As a frontier Mark Master 1932 is qualified for the finals of the Baltic Association. The reached here after a playoff against VfB Königsberg 2nd place entitled to participate in the German championship, but in which one had already failed in the first round of Tennis Borussia Berlin.

1933 Gauligen were established as the highest German league. In the first season Viktoria Stolp Pommern was master, and thus was a second time in the final of the German Championship. The same could be repeated in the years 1936, 1937 and 1939.

After the outbreak of the Second World War, the game mode was more and more restricted. With the end of the war, the club ceased to exist.

Venue

The SV Viktoria Stolp wore its home games on the sports field Elysium. Later they used the 1926 inaugurated in the presence of President von Hindenburg Hindenburg arena. The arena summed up to 15,000 spectators and had 1600 seats. The attendance record (1926 ) was 16,000 spectators.
