Vitaly Kaloyev

Vitaly Konstantinovich Kalojew (Russian Виталий Константинович Калоев; born January 15, 1956 in Tschermen in Ordzhonikidze ) is a Russian engineer and Vice - Minister of Construction of North Ossetia-Alania.
