Vitrac (Dordogne)

Geography

The municipality is located in Vitrac Dordogne in the Perigord Noir, about seven kilometers south of Sarlat- la -Caneda and about 70 kilometers south-east of Périgueux and 60 km south-west of Brive- la -Gaillarde. History

From 1998 to 2010 was the seat of the municipal association Vitrac Périgord Noir. After its merger with the Communauté de communes du Sarladais the seat emigrated to Sarlat -la- Caneda, the name of the Association of Municipalities of the Périgord Noir has remained.
