Vittorio Grigolo

Vittorio Grigolo ( born February 19, 1977 in Arezzo ) is an Italian singer in the vocal range Tenor. It occurs with both classical works as well as pop music.

Life and artistic work

Vittorio Grigolo has grown up in Rome. He received his first musical education in the choir of the Sistine Chapel. At the age of 13, he sang in the opera house of Rome the shepherd boy in Tosca. Here, Luciano Pavarotti became aware of him. He then spent five years studying at the Scuola puerorum at the Sistine Chapel.

In 2003 he made ​​his debut at La Scala in Milan in the opening concert of the Verdi year. This performance was the starting point of his international career.
