Vlaamse Radio- en Televisieomroeporganisatie

Vlaamse Radio -en Televisieomroep (VRT; German: " Flemish broadcasting" ) is a public, largely financed by taxes, broadcaster of the Flemish Community. Until 1991, the station Belgian Radio -en Televisieomroep called (BRT ). The transmitter produces radio and television programs in the Dutch language in Belgium.

Radio stations are Radio 1, Radio 2, Klara, Studio Brussel and MNM. Television programs are Eén, canvas and Ketnet.

The International Service Abroad of VRT Radio Vlaanderen Internationaal was disbanded in 2009. This beamed to October 2009 from a Dutch program for listeners abroad on short wave. Until 31 December 2011, 927 kHz was the domestic program Radio 1 broadcast on medium wave on the frequency. For viewers abroad the TV BVN is broadcast in Dutch via satellite.
