Vladislao Wenceslao Cap ( born July 5, 1934 in Avellaneda, † 14 September 1982) was an Argentine football player and later coach of Polish origin, who participated both as a player and as a coach at a World Cup and even so celebrated a number of successes.

Vladislao Cap, born in 1934 in Avellaneda, an industrial suburb of Buenos Aires, began playing football in 1952 when Arsenal de Lavallol in Buenos Aires.
