Volodymyr Synyavskyy
Vladimir Ivanovich Sinyavsky ( born November 18, 1932 † December 27, 2012 in Kiev ) was a Soviet wrestler. He was world champion in 1959 and winner of a silver medal at the 1960 Olympic Games in Rome in free style at lightweight.
Career
Vladimir Sinyavsky, a Ukrainian from Kiev, began as a teenager with the rings in free style. It took a relatively long time before he was able to prevail in the Soviet Union against the keen competition. In 1957 he made the first sustained attention to himself when he won the first place in front of L. Kolesnik finished at the Soviet Championships in free style in lightweight from Leningrad and others Galustjan from Azerbaijan. In the same year he also won at the III. International Sports Games in Moscow before the Bulgarians Musa Aliyev and Okura from Japan.
Also in 1958 succeeded Sinyavsky a great success. Since the 1950s, the Wrestling World Championships took place in the changing styles, 1958 by Intern. After this championship Wladimir Sinyavsky is not been in international championships at the start.
