Volume I is the debut album of girl group Queensberry, which was compiled in 2008 as part of the talent show Popstars. The album first appeared on 12 December 2008 along with two other versions that were only available in the first week of sales.
Background
The band Queensberry was compiled during the seventh season of the talent show Popstars, while three of the four band places were offered already in the band house.
For the award of the fourth volume of space a telephone voting as well as the sales of the album were crucial, which is why there are three versions of the album, with the three finalists Antonella, Patricia and Catherine ( called KayKay ). For this method Antonella Trapani emerged.
On 26 June 2009, the album with six additional tracks, including the single Too Young, as a deluxe edition re-released.
Reception
The album was recorded mainly negative.
