The theoretical consumption of 1.8 liters of diesel on the first 100 km (48 g CO2 emissions ) but also includes the emptying of a battery with 11.2 kWh Nominal capacity over the first 50 km, which in the current test cycle with a consumption of 0 is recognized. The consumption over long distances is considerably higher.

Facelift

Mid-2013, the Volvo V60 underwent a facelift, where the headlights were changed and are now combined into one unit. The chrome surround of the grille, which now carries four instead of three blades is eliminated.

In addition, the design of the front bumper has been changed so that the clear visual separation between the central lower air intake and the outer is mitigated. As in the Volvo V40 and the digital instrumentation is now available. There are also changes in the driver assistance systems: the BLIS blind-spot system is no longer based on cameras under the door mirrors but on radar sensors in the rear bumper. For this purpose, it also recognizes rear cross traffic when leaving a parking ( Cross Traffic Alert). The dual- xenon headlamps with cornering lights are available with cornering and intelligent high-beam assistant. The active speed system only identifies pedestrians and cyclists now.
