Vomero
Vomero is the 13th of the 30 districts ( Quarters ) of the southern Italian port city of Naples. It lies just west of the Historic Centre (Centro Storico ) and belongs socioeconomically seen to the affluent neighborhoods. The district is situated on the homonymous hill of Vomero.
Geography and demography
Vomero is 2.17 square kilometers and in 2009 had 47.388 inhabitants.
