Criticism

With the appearance of the album Oldfield was accused of jump only on the train of enthusiasm for Celtic music; but in reality there were Celtic influences in earlier works such as Hergest Ridge or in collaboration with his sister Sally Oldfield. Voyager concluded on the success of previous albums by Oldfield.
