In October, he came on as a substitute for his first Bundesliga commitment to the club.

The 1st FC Nuremberg has the option to extend the contract for another two years, not pulled and separated from the Slovaks, the free transfer moved to his old employer Bayer 04 Leverkusen then. In June 2009, Bayer Leverkusen announced that Gresko will leave the club for an unknown destination. Since March 2011, he plays for ŽP Šport Podbrezová ( newly promoted to the 2nd league season 2011/12 - second highest team competition, Slovakia ), where he got a year contract in July 2011.
