VSB-30

VSB -30 is the name of a Brazilian sounding rocket, which is used as a successor to the Skylark rocket at Esrange in experiments.

The VSB -30 can carry a payload of 407 kg to a height of 260 km. It has a launch mass of 2657 kg and a takeoff thrust of 102 kN. Its length is 12.8 m and its diameter is 58 cm. It is based on the Sonda - 3 missile.

Your first launch took place on 23 October 2004 in Alcântara. The first launch in Kiruna on 1 December 2005.
