Often monniert was that his family had left Bosnia and Herzegovina during the war years and fled to Serbia, he speaks Serbian dialect and of the Bosnian population is not as " Bosnians ", but as " Serb " is perceived. Since Brajić however, both the Bosnian and Serbian citizenship has he fulfilled for both states, the admission criteria. For the EBU the origin of the performers and composers is irrelevant. The participants transmitters but it is optional, the process by which the participants will be selected. In general, some countries pay attention to the origin of the composer, as the Euro Vision Song Contest is a composer contest.
