Vyacheslav Volodin

Vyacheslav Viktorovich Volodin (Russian Вячеслав Викторович Володин; born February 4, 1964 in Alekseevka, Saratov Oblast ) is a Russian politician. From October 2010 to December 2011 he was Vice - Minister of the Government of the Russian Federation. On December 27, 2011, he was appointed First Deputy Head of the Russian Presidential Administration.

Biography

Volodin initially graduated from the Institute for Agricultural Mechanization in Saratov where he graduated in 1986. His political career began in 1990 with his election to the Council of the city of Saratov.
