Vyacheslav Volodin

Vyacheslav Viktorovich Volodin (Russian Вячеслав Викторович Володин; born February 4, 1964 in Alekseevka, Saratov Oblast ) is a Russian politician. From October 2010 to December 2011 he was Vice - Minister of the Government of the Russian Federation. Biography

Volodin initially graduated from the Institute for Agricultural Mechanization in Saratov where he graduated in 1986.
