The result of an independent evaluation by four internationally experienced scientists revealed unconquered undesirable developments and problem areas through which despite all the successes of the project, the quality standards for a DAAD funding could not be secured. For this reason, the promotion by the DAAD was discontinued at the end of the academic year 2007/ 08.
