Wadih Sa'adeh

Wadih Saadeh, (Arabic: ديع سعادة, also transcribed Wadih Sa'adeh or Wadih Sa'adah, born 1948 in Lebanon ) is a Lebanese writer and journalist. He emigrated in 1988 to Australia, where he has since lived and worked in Sydney. In 2010, a book of poems translated into French appeared with works by وديع سعادة (Le texte de l' absence et autres poèmes, Actes Sud), in 2011, he was awarded the Prix Max Jacob.
